FeelDouro is a BBDouro Group company, dedicated to nautical tourism on the Douro River.

FeelDouro specializes in providing tailored, private experiences, allowing clients to enjoy their boats with friends, family, or colleagues for cruises and journeys along the Douro River, accompanied by a professional crew. 

FeelDouro has its main base in Douro Marina, in Vila Nova de Gaia, and has a second base in Pinhão, in the municipality of Alijó.

FeelDouro offers several programs from 2 hours to 7 days, during which each client can select different alternatives for discovering Porto and the Douro Valley.

In addition to predefined itineraries, FeelDouro also designs unique, tailor-made programs for each client.

Our fleet of boats can accommodate between 10 and 16 passengers and offers the best way to discover the Douro region and its cultural and scenic history.

Although all our boats have at least one cabin, overnight stays on board are not permitted in any of our programs.

Reservations are only considered confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment of 50% of the total value of the chosen program, with the remaining 50% to be settled up to 48 hours before embarkation.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

The price of our programs includes VAT, fuel, crew, passage through locks and insurance.

You can make your reservation just 24 hours in advance, but it will always be subject to availability, so the earlier you make it, the greater the guarantee of availability.

Changes to reservations are permitted, including modifications to the name, address, total number of passengers, departure date, or program duration.

No date changes are allowed within 24 hours prior to embarkation.

Alterations to the initial reservation may be subject to a revision of the prices initially stipulated for the selected program, especially when the change involves choosing a more expensive program or adding more participants.

FeelDouro.zUp to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the total program cost.

Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total program cost.

Within 24 hours before departure or no-show on the departure day: 100% of the total program cost.

Additional cancellation expenses may apply, including any non-refundable costs incurred by FeelDouro, such as transportation, accommodation, meals, and other services contracted from external companies directly related to the selected program.

The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any trip or itinerary for any reason, including, but not limited to, navigation restrictions imposed by regulatory authorities, adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, strikes or labor stoppages, medical emergencies, and local holidays, without any penalties for FeelDouro.

The values shown are values per vessel.

Regardless of age, children are counted towards the boat's capacity.

All children under 18 years old on the day of embarkation must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over 18 years old.

Regarding meals on board, children up to 2 years old dine for free, while those aged 3 to 10 are charged 50% of the meal price.

Departures and arrivals for our programs are made at one of our two bases: at Douro Marina or at the FeelDouro pier in Pinhão.

Occasionally, at the customer's request and subject to prior case-by-case evaluation, embarkation may be arranged at an alternative dock.

No. You may only smoke on the outside deck area.

Only guide dogs are allowed to accompany visually impaired citizens.

Nudism or topless practice is not permitted.

Yes, but only when the vessel is immobilized and after advice and authorization from the crew.

It is strictly prohibited to dive when the vessel is underway or performing maneuvers.

FeelDouro is not responsible for any accidents occurring outside the vessel.

Yes. You can find non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.

FeelDouro reserves the right to refuse the provision of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age and to those who are evidently intoxicated or appear to have a mental disorder.
