Prices

Prices may be changed if conditions are justified, namely due to unexpected increases in government charges, taxes or fuel surcharges, as well as changes to any external costs beyond the control of FeelDouro, Lda.

(*) However, Feeldouro excludes all liability in the event of any person failing to comply with the crew's instructions, putting others in danger, diving, smoking, consuming excessive alcohol, using drugs, causing damage or injury to other passengers , putting the crew and the boat in danger. Taking these constraints into account, Feeldouro may refuse transportation at any time and sue for infractions committed on board.

Feeldouro is responsible for the culture of hygiene and safety, and for preserving the environment, in order to organize and execute its design and production activities based on Quality, Environment and Safety. It also undertakes to progressively adopt more effective and efficient methodologies, in accordance with the normative, legal, contractual and regulatory requirements applicable in its Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System Manual, maintaining a permanent concern for continuous improvement.

Currency on Board

The currency on board is the euro. Passengers can pay bills on board in cash, as there is no credit card terminal on board.

Valuable Objects

There are no safes available on board. Passengers are responsible for the safety and security of their valuables.

Medical Assistance

Any medical emergencies will be handled at local hospital facilities. Although Portugal is a country with quality Hospitals, FeelDouro cannot be held responsible for the services provided in these units.
