    We had a wonderful 1 week charter from Muscat in October - Feel Douro planned our trip and everything was fantastic, from the tours, restaurants and general schedule.   • What is FeelDouro?

    FeelDouro is a BBDouro Group company, dedicated to nautical tourism on the Douro River.

  • Where is FeelDouro based?

    FeelDouro has its main base in Douro Marina, in Vila Nova de Gaia, and has a second base in Pinhão, in the municipality of Alijó.

  • What programs does FeelDouro have?

    FeelDouro offers several programs from 2 hours to 7 days, during which each client can select different alternatives for discovering Porto and the Douro Valley.

  • What are the characteristics of FeelDouro boats?

    Our fleet of boats can accommodate between 10 and 16 passengers and offers the best way to discover the Douro region and its cultural and scenic history.

  • Do the boats have rooms that allow you to sleep on board?

    Our White boat has two cabins each: two cabins with two beds that can be converted into double beds, so they can sleep 4 people on board. The Ruby has one cabin with a double bed, for a total of 2 people, and the Muscat has four cabins with double beds, accommodating 8 passengers.

  • How can I book a program?

    If you wish to make a pre-reservation, you must send an email with your request to info@feeldouro.com.

  • What is included in the price of cruise programs?

    The price of our programs includes VAT, fuel, crew, passage through locks and insurance.

  • How far in advance should I make a reservation?

    You can make your reservation just 24 hours in advance, but it will always be subject to availability, so the earlier you make it, the greater the guarantee of availability.

  • Can I change my initial booking?

    Changes to reservations are permitted, that is, changes to name, address, total number of passengers, departure date or duration of the program, upon payment of the following fees:

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Once the reservation has been made, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Do children pay the same as adults?

    The values shown are values per vessel.

  • Where are departures and arrivals made?

    Departures and arrivals for our programs are made at one of our two bases: at Douro Marina or at the FeelDouro pier in Pinhão.

  • Is smoking allowed inside the boats?

    No. You may only smoke on the outside deck area.

  • Are animals accepted on board?

    Only guide dogs are allowed to accompany visually impaired citizens.

  • What are the rules/limitations in terms of clothing?

    Nudism or topless practice is not permitted.

  • Is it possible to dive?

    Yes, but only when the vessel is immobilized and after advice and authorization from the crew.

  • Are there drinks on board?

    Yes. You can find non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
